Popular FAQ's

Q: Why are custom orders more expensive?
A: Custom pieces require additional design time. Prior to crafting each bespoke custom order, we provide customers with a design proof for approval. For more cost-effective options, we suggest exploring pre-made designs available in our shop and unleashing your creativity! On pre-made designs, we allow swapping up to two charms at no extra cost. Simply leave your request in the 'special instructions' section during checkout!

Q: Do you ship to Japan or the Netherlands?
A: Yes, we ship worldwide; however, varying additional VAT rates apply when ordering outside of the US. We are currently offering free global shipping!

Q: Why is there a white, chalk-like dust on my purchase?
A: Our glass charms are crafted using a technique called lampworking. In this method, Italian Murano glass is melted and shaped around steel rods called "mandrels". To release the glass charms from the mandrels, a release agent is applied. After removal, any leftover release agent inside the charm's hole is washed away with water. Sometimes, a small amount of the release agent can remain, drying into a powdery substance. This is rare but can be removed at home by washing the charm with warm water and dish soap. A small amount of bead release is not harmful to your health or safety, but if you notice a significant amount, we recommend before wearing, especially for those with sensitive skin or respiratory conditions. Avoid breathing in the bead release dust.
